Request Letter for No Deduction from Salary

Respected sir

With due respect it is stated that I am the worker of your company from last few months. Sir you are going to cut my salary because I remain absent for two days. but I remain absent because my child was suffering from high fever in those two days, as I have no other men in home who took him to the hospital so sir I remained absent from company. But next time sir I will not give you a chance of single complain, so sir kindly don’t cut my salary, I shall be thankful to you.

Request for Not Cutting the Salary

The Manager Operations,
Peek Solutions, Turkey

Dear Sir,

With reference to the letter having subject “imposition of penalty” regarding my one day absence from duty.

It is submitted that I am working as a control room in-charge in your company for many years. I have always tried my best to gain maximum level of satisfaction of the seniors while performing my duties. I never committed any act of negligence, or violation of company rules during my job period.

Anyhow, I could not attend the office on 15 October due to some unavoidable circumstances. As a result, I received a letter in which the penalty of “deduction of one day salary” is imposed upon me.

Sir, I cannot stand that sort of thing in which my salary will be deducted as I am a married person, and breadwinner of the family.

In the light of above, you are requested to please condone my negligence, and cancel the order of salary deduction from my pay. I assure you that I will not repeat this act of negligence in future.

Your favorable in this regard shall be highly praised.

Respected sir,

With due respect, I beg to say that I was assigned 60 working hours for a month but unsuccessfully I have completed only 50 working hours. I was having some serious family problem, and because of that I was unable to complete the targeted time. I request you to not cut my salary for this month as I am in urgent need of money. I shall be really thankful to you for this act of kindness. I will also assure to do overtime next month to balance the working hours. Thanks

Yours sincerely,
