Complaint Letter against Employees Misconduct

The Director Operations,
London Rescue Service
May 10,

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention to a serious matter of our service personnel regarding their ineptness, and unprofessionalism as intimated by a resident of Model Town.

In brief, on 6th May one of our ambulances reported a house for providing an old man with medical treatment, and shifting him to nearby hospital. During shifting of the patient, staff could not administer him drip that was mandatory because patient was in critical condition. The concerned staff neither provided proper first aid to the patient nor behaved well with attendants.

Not only this but one of our medical technician Mr. Tom left the patient unattended on the stretcher. Further details about the incident can be viewed from the complaint letter which is attached herewith.

The case is submitted to you for perusal, and further necessary action, please.

Complaint Letter against Employee Misbehavior

To,
Mr. Zeck Shawn, H O D Media department

Respected sir,

I am writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that I have been noticing the weird behavior of Mr. John Michael from last 2 weeks. First of all he is not punctual, and he procrastinates a lot. He mostly leaves his work pending, and he depends on others for his work too much.

This is very unprofessional because everyone at work gets disturb, and we have to do his work as well. I request you behalf of our department to take a serious action against our complaint. We are expecting a positive response. Thanks

Yours sincerely,

Mr. Donny Smith,
Media department

Complaint against Employee due to Misbehavior

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you because I would like to discuss on my employees. I would like to transfer one of my employees to a different branch because he is misbehaving with some of the other employees, and he doesn’t have a serious attitude when he is off duty on lunch. I don’t want to fire him as he is a very good hard worker, and he gets things done quickly.

I think that a transfer is best because then he get start a new, and make friends with his new work mates. This means that we don’t lose his good talents, and he can try, and have a new fresh start in another branch. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Kind regards,
