Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you that I can request you to please change the furniture of library, as it is too old know. Students came less due the poor condition of library, half of the cupboards are in so much poor condition that we cannot take risk of locking them.

So it’s a request to change the furniture of library as soon as possible. It would be a great source of pleasure for me.

Respected sir,

With all my due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the furniture of the library is in a very bad condition. Termite is all over the shelves, and books as well. No medicine, or poison is working on it. Due to this issue students are unable to take any book, or use library as well. Kindly take a strict action, and renovate the library as soon as possible. Parents are also complaining about this issue. I am looking forward to your quick response. Thank you.
