Dear Sir,

I am sending this letter to request the repair of my laptop. Yesterday, when I was finishing the task which was allocated to me by you, my laptop stopped working out of nowhere. I took it to the IT department to see what was wrong with that. However, they could not figure out the issue. I have completed the task by borrowing a colleague’s laptop, but it is very inconvenient to borrow someone else’s laptop as it disturbs their work too. I asked the logistic head if there was any spare laptop, but he told me there was none, so I request you to please send my laptop for repair as soon as possible, so I do not have to through the hassle of borrowing it.
